WHAT IS DMC's RETURN POLICY?

RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that nearly all DMC's dye sublimated apparel and accessories are custom-made to order. Thus, we have a strict Return/Exchange/Cancellation policy. Details listed below:

General

All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with product retrieval and newly issued product.

All online purchases are processed within 48 hours. Any adjustments necessary for an online order must be requested within 48 hours. After 48 hours, an online order is processed and no longer eligible for adjustments. Approval is not needed to process ANY website order. Information about Returns/Refund requests for online purchases is listed below.

ANY semi-custom order requiring more than 3 proofs, regardless of web order or email inquiries, will be subject to additional charges. 

Policy

The following items are NOT eligible for product returns/exchanges:

  • Personalized product (i.e.: items with an added Name Drop)

  • Product that is 30 days passed its delivery date

  • Product that has been worn or used

All other returns/exchanges are subject to management discretion based on items ordered.

ALL RETURNS WILL BEGIN AS STORE CREDIT. MANAGEMENT APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR FUND REIMBURSEMENT. ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE OFFERED AS SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY - NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

Online Return/Refund Requests

If a refund is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

An online order return/refund requests will be granted if: order is not compliant with order specifications/requirements or order is damaged.

Order Cancellations

Customers have 48 hours from the time an order is placed to cancel an order. Due to the custom nature of our business, no cancellations are accepted after this time has elapsed.

Rush Orders

No cancellations are accepted on Rush orders placed on this site.  These orders receive immediate attention from our staff and are put into our production process on the day of the order to meet the shortened deadline for these orders.
